For one of India’s largest highway projects, we developed a full-scale integrated management system combining Primavera, SAP, Bentley, and BI tools — delivering total control from planning to commissioning.
The Opportunity
Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) needed a complete project management system for the Samruddhi Mahamarg, an expressway connecting Mumbai to Nagpur. The scale and complexity of the project required an integrated digital platform that could manage every phase — from conceptual design to final commissioning.
The challenge was to bring multiple departments, workflows, and data sources into one synchronized environment, while also enabling real-time visual progress tracking and document management.
The Solution
We developed a robust Integrated Management System tailored for large-scale infrastructure control. The solution combined engineering, finance, quality, and billing modules under one ecosystem — with real-time visualization and reporting.
Key Components:
Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM for centralized scheduling and resource planning
Primavera Unifier for workflow automation, approvals, and document control
SAP (All Modules) for procurement, billing, financials, and inventory management
Bentley SYNCHRO to review 3D engineering drawings and support 4D BIM visualization
SAS BI Dashboards for dynamic project health reporting and decision-making
The user interface allowed MSRDC teams to monitor engineering, physical progress, financial status, and quality, all from a single interactive dashboard.
