We implemented Oracle Primavera tools to bring scheduling, workflow, and data intelligence together for Essel Infra’s diverse infrastructure units enabling enterprise-wide visibility and better control across their project portfolio.
The Opportunity
Essel Infra Projects Limited operates across critical infrastructure sectors including roads, water EPC, and power transmission. Each Strategic Business Unit (SBU) had unique workflows and project challenges — but lacked a unified platform to manage and monitor performance at scale.
The company needed an integrated system to standardize processes across SBUs, strengthen project governance, and gain meaningful insights from enterprise-level data.
The Solution
We rolled out a two-pronged solution using Oracle’s project management suite:
Oracle Primavera Unifier was deployed to create structured workflows across departments, allowing for centralized tracking of approvals, contracts, and project controls tailored to each SBU’s operational model.
Oracle Primavera Analytics was integrated to provide advanced reporting and dashboard capabilities — enabling the leadership to visualize key performance indicators, cost trends, and schedule deviations across all verticals in real time.
This implementation helped Essel Infra shift from fragmented systems to a unified enterprise project platform aligning people, process, and data.
