Budget, commitment, and actual costs will be captured and rolled up in SAP WBS.
During execution, these cost figures will be transferred from SAP to Primavera via a custom integration, enabling dashboards, reports, and Earned Value Management for monitoring project performance. This integration also allows the owner to track contractor performance by comparing progress with payments released.
